Terms of Service

• "Game" — any digital game, downloadable build, or playable experience sold or made available through the Services.
• "Content" — all art, code, audio, text, sprites, and other materials that make up a Game or the Services.
• "Marketplace" — the Craft Art Studio storefront where Games are listed, purchased, and delivered.
• "You" — the individual or entity using the Services.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase a Game. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at games@agentium.au if you suspect unauthorized use.

All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your full card details. A purchase is complete only once payment is authorized and the Game is added to your library.

We may correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by such errors, and refuse or limit purchases in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Promotional prices, sale pricing, and "discount from original price" displays are time-limited and provided for marketing purposes. The "original" or struck-through price reflects a reference or previous list price and may not have been in effect in all regions or at all times. The price you pay is the final price shown at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

Games are digital goods delivered electronically. When you purchase a Game, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play that Game for your own non-commercial entertainment on supported platforms (desktop and, where offered, via linked Android and iOS stores). You do not acquire ownership of the Game or its Content.

You may not, except as permitted by law:

• resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute a Game or license key;
• copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works;
• circumvent, remove, or tamper with any security or access controls;
• use cheats, bots, exploits, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage or to disrupt the Services;
• use the Games or Content to train machine-learning or AI models.

Because Games are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable except as set out below or as required by law.

You may request a refund when:

• you request it within 14 days of purchase, and your total recorded play time for that Game is under 2 hours; or
• the Game is faulty, does not launch, or materially fails to work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time; or
• you were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same Game.

Refunds are generally not available when:

• the request is made after 14 days or after substantial play time;
• the Game functions as described and you simply changed your mind after significant use;
• the issue is caused by hardware, network, or software outside our reasonable control;
• the purchase was made using an unauthorized payment method or in breach of these Terms.

To request a refund, email games@agentium.au with your order reference and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. When a Game is refunded, the associated license is revoked and the Game is removed from your library. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can help resolve the matter directly.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer-protection law. Our Games come with guarantees that cannot be excluded; you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Some Games may also be available on third-party mobile stores such as the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Purchases and downloads made through those stores are governed by the terms and refund policies of the relevant store, not by Craft Art Studio. Links to third-party stores are provided for convenience only.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with other users, uploading harmful code, scraping the Marketplace, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

All Games, Content, trademarks, logos, and the "Craft Art Studio" name are owned by Craft Art Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 5, no rights are transferred to you.

If you submit ratings, reviews, ideas, or other feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for the content you submit and must not post anything unlawful, misleading, or infringing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and Games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Craft Art Studio's total liability arising out of or relating to a Game is limited to the amount you paid for that Game. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by notice through the Services. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights available to you where you live.
